A new force is taking shape in the American property-investment industry after Legacy Family Mastermind agreed to merge with Collective Genius, bringing two established investor communities under one operating structure.
The merged organization, CG Legacy, will concentrate on commercial and multifamily real estate. Its services are expected to include investor networking, business education, operational guidance and opportunities for members to connect with capital raisers and experienced property operators.
Collective Genius will own and operate the expanded community, while real-estate entrepreneur Tim Bratz and the existing Legacy leadership team will continue directing its commercial-investment programmes. The merger is scheduled to be formally completed in September 2026.
For Collective Genius, the transaction provides an immediate route into commercial-property education. Legacy members, meanwhile, are expected to gain access to a larger national network and additional in-person events without losing the leadership team that developed their existing community.
The deal also allows Bratz to direct more attention towards Smart Management, his AI-assisted property-management platform. The software is being developed to automate activities such as tenant communication, leasing, marketing, task management, expenses and financial reporting.
No purchase price, membership projections or revenue-sharing arrangements were disclosed. Consequently, the merger’s real business impact will depend on whether the combined organization can convert its larger network into stronger investment opportunities and measurable results for members.
