Chase Briscoe is expanding from occasional team ownership into a full-time national motorsport business through the acquisition of Brent Marks Racing, one of the established operations in American sprint-car competition.
The acquired organization will be renamed Chase Briscoe Racing. Rather than dismantling the existing programme, Briscoe intends to preserve its competitive structure, with Brent Marks remaining behind the wheel of the No. 19 car and assuming responsibility for managing the racing operation.
The purchase also includes Brent Marks Racing’s High Limit Roller Club membership—the series’ valuable franchise-style entry. This gives the new ownership group an established position in High Limit Racing without requiring Briscoe to assemble an entirely new team.
Marks brings a strong competitive record to the transaction. He finished third in the 2025 national standings after recording five victories, 15 top-five finishes and 35 top-ten results from 49 feature races. He had already secured two High Limit victories during the 2026 season when the deal was announced.
For Briscoe, the acquisition represents both a commercial investment and a return to his family’s roots. Three generations of the Briscoe family have participated in sprint-car racing, beginning with his grandfather’s involvement as a team owner in the 1970s.
The deal has also attracted Magical Vacation Planner as a new sponsor. Sponsorship income will be important as the organization takes on the considerable expense of operating a full-time national programme, including vehicles, engines, personnel and travel.
The purchase price and other financial terms were not disclosed. However, acquiring a proven operation reduces some of the risks normally associated with launching a racing team from the beginning. Briscoe inherits experienced personnel, an accomplished driver, commercial relationships and a programme already capable of winning major events.
