NVIDIA and SK Group have officially unveiled an expanded strategic partnership focused on meeting the rapidly growing global demand for artificial intelligence infrastructure. The companies plan to work together on building large-scale AI factories while advancing next-generation memory technologies that will power future AI systems.
As part of the collaboration, SK Group's subsidiaries—including SK hynix, SK Telecom, and SK Broadband—will contribute expertise in high-bandwidth memory (HBM), telecommunications, and data centre infrastructure. NVIDIA will provide its AI computing platforms and software to support the deployment of next-generation AI services.
NVIDIA stated that the partnership is expected to support AI infrastructure projects valued at more than US$500 billion, reinforcing both companies' commitment to expanding sovereign AI capabilities and strengthening AI ecosystems in South Korea and beyond. The initiative also aims to accelerate enterprise AI adoption across industries including manufacturing, healthcare, finance, and telecommunications.
